Concrete Wall Foreman

SKS Construction is hiring a Wall Foreman. Based in Fargo, ND, we’ve served the eastern part of the state for the past 22 years. SKS specializes in residential and commercial concrete construction, operating with a crew of 20-30 concrete laborers and finishers. We offer weekly payroll, and benefits include paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance.

Pay starts at $30 - $35, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew in all tasks to prepare, execute, and finish projects

• Verify work meets the project scope for layout, openings, and elevation

• Communicate daily on schedule and manpower

• Manage material orders and deliveries 

• Take pride in the appearance of jobsite, crews, and equipment

• Effectively assess and implement safety policies

• Solve disputes between employees in the field

• Train new employees on site

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in concrete construction

• Proven experience in forming and pouring foundations

• Experience leading a crew

• Skilled at reading plans to determine correct specifications

• Self-starter with ability to plan and organize

• Ability to communicate with professionalism and lead by example

• Able to operate equipment such as skid steer loaders

• Valid driver’s license 

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
